Test of percutaneous absorption of using 3-dimensional cultured skin model

When considering the effectiveness of formulation to the skin, permeability is the important factor for effectiveness. Therefore, we assess permeability by using 3-dimensional cultured skin model. Furthermore, it is capable of evaluating drug metabolism since 3-dimensional cultured skin model contains same enzyme of actual skin structure.
