Assess inhibitory effect of MMP-1 activation of normal human corium fibroblast.

MMP-1 is an enzyme which mainly decompose type I collagen of dermis. This enzyme increases by irradiation of ultraviolet-rays to promote decomposition of collagen by accelerating activation. Therefore, to search for an element which inhibits activation of MMP-1 is important for the development of anti-wrinkle and anti-aging products.
